We will provide the training required to be successful with this position! We are looking for Direct Care Professionals that have a flexible schedule and willing to work evenings and weekends. Additionally, since this is a 24 hour service, holidays will also be required.

DSP's provide support to adults with autism and/or developmental or intellectual disabilities so that they can live independently in their own homes and be a part of their local community. The support provided helps maximize their ability to be as independent as possible and is tailored to meet their specific needs.
In this role, Direct Support Professionals will:
- Provide individualized support to individuals/groups.
- Help people reach for their dreams and accomplish their goals.
- Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, community members, and other staff.
- Be a part of a dynamic and supportive team in a growing organization full of opportunities.
- Support each person on an individualized basis and help them live their best life!
Pay is $18.50 per hour.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals who:
- Can work both independently and in a team setting.
- Like to show up for work every day with a positive attitude and ready to tackle the day's adventure.
- Are at least 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Are dependable, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Are willing to work evenings and weekends.
We do complete background screenings with the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry.
Compensation details: 18.5-20 Hourly Wage
